Frank C. Webb Memorial Scholarship

Due to overwhelming support we have developed three scholarships in Frank’s name.  A scholarship will be given to a graduating student at Millville Senior High School and Vineland High School.  A third scholarship will be given to a student at Cumberland County College pursuing a four-year degree.  The male or female distance runner will be someone pursuing a college education that demonstrates some of Frank’s sense of duty and service to others.

The first scholarship was awarded in 2007 to Clifton Shambry of Millville Senior High School.

The second and third scholarships were awarded in 2008 to Elijah Jones of Millville Senior High School and Clifton Shambry of Cumberland County College. 

The fourth and fifth scholarships were awarded in 2009 to Amanda Eller of Millville Senior High School and Joshua Smith of Cumberland County College.

If you would like to contribute to the scholarship foundation, checks should be made out to "The Frank C. Webb Memorial Scholarship”.  Checks should be sent c/o Mary Ellen Henry, 26 Peach Tree Lane, Bridgeton , NJ 08302 .
