Frank C. Webb Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship in Frank’s name will be given to a graduating senior at Millville Senior High School. The male or female distance runner will be someone pursuing a college education that demonstrates some of Frank’s sense of duty and service to others. The first scholarship was awarded in 2007 to Clifton Shambry of Millville Senior High School. If you would like to contribute to the scholarship foundation, checks should be made out to "The Frank C. Webb Memorial Scholarship”. Checks should be sent c/o Mary Ellen Henry, 26 Peach Tree Lane, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
